Phoenix Health Center is a Comprehensive Substance Use Disorder Treatment Center located in Hagerstown, MD. Our program comprises medication assisted treatment integrated with behavioral health, dual diagnosis, and complex pain management.

We are seeking addictions counselors and mental health therapists to work with individuals with substance use disorders. The position is 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday and included in a Saturday rotation schedule. The counselor/therapist will provide individual, group counseling and case management for an assigned caseload of patients. Additional responsibilities would include educational, organizational meetings and assignments.

 

Qualifications needed:

A minimum of a Trainee status with an Associate’s Degree and a Trainee Status Letter from the Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists after July 2013 must possess an Associates or Bachelor’s Degree. We encourage CSC-AD, CAC-AD, MSW, LGSW, LCSW, LCADC, LCPC, LGPC to apply.

 

Salary will be based on levels of education, certification and experience in the field of Substance Use Disorders.
